Returns & Refunds Policy
1) Return window
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After this period, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
2) Item condition
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Include the original packaging, tags and accessories where applicable.
3) Non‑returnable items
- Earrings, for hygiene reasons.
- Custom‑made or clearly personalised products.
- Fabrics cut to order at the customer’s request, except full pieces (5 metres) of the same print.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to Afrikacolor.
- Any item returned late (more than 14 days after delivery).
4) Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged, or for a size exchange of the same product (subject to availability). To proceed, send the item to the address below.
5) Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within approximately 7–30 days.
- If your refund is delayed, please check your account and contact your bank or card issuer—processing times can vary. If you still haven’t received it, email us at contacto@afrikacolor.com.
6) How & where to return

- You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.
- Return shipping costs are non‑refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure delivery.
