Returns and refunds

Our return and refund policy is 14 days from receipt of your package. After 14 days from receipt of your package, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. To accept a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. NO returns or exchanges apply to items such as:

Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Products made to your specifications or clearly customized.
Fabrics, because they are cut at the customer’s request, except whole pieces (5 meters) of the same pattern.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item returned from 14 days after receipt.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your reimbursement. If approved, the refund will be processed and the amount paid will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within approximately 7-30 days. Late or missing reimbursements If you have not yet received a refund, please recheck your bank account. Contact your credit card company or your bank. Sometimes there is a processing time before you receive a refund. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contacto@afrikacolor.com.

Changes

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or change of size. If you need to exchange it for the same product send us your product to: C / Sant Pere Nº 74, 5-2º, 08210 Barberà del Vallés (Barcelona)

Returns

To return your product, you must send your product to: C / Sant Pere Nº 74, 5-2º, 08210 Barberà del Vallés (Barcelona) You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your product. Shipping costs related to the return shall be borne by the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend using shipments with tracking numbers to guarantee arrival at destination.
