Devolución / Reembolso

Our return and refund policy is 14 days from the receipt of your package. After 14 days of receiving the package, we cannot accept any exchanges or returns.

To accept a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

NO changes or refunds are applied to items such as:

  • Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Products made according to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Fabrics, because they are cut at the customer’s request, except for whole pieces (5 meters) of the same pattern.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned from 14 days after receipt.

Reembolsos

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed and the amount paid will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within approximately 7-30 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, double-check your bank account.

Contact your credit card company or your bank. Sometimes there is a processing time before you receive a refund.

Cambios

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or have a sizing. If you need to exchange it for the same product, send us your product to: C / Sant Pere Nº 74, 5-2º, 08210 Barberà del Vallés (Barcelona)

Devoluciones

To return your product, you must send your product to: C / Sant Pere Nº 74, 5-2º, 08210 Barberà del Vallés (Barcelona)

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your product. The shipping costs related to the return will be paid by the customer and are not refundable.

We recommend using shipments with a tracking number to guarantee their arrival at their destination.
